Memphis Belle Nose Art

The Memphis Belle was the first American bomber to survive 25 missions over Europe in World War II. This particular aircraft was restored and painted to resemble the original Memphis Belle, and starred in the 1990 movie by the same name, along with Matthew Modine. The original 'Belle' is currently being restored for museum display.
